Areas we serve · Matasia
Matasia is close to our shop in Kiserian Town, so Technics Electricals & Solar can deliver hardware there and arrange solar site visits easily. We supply YACHU solar kits, batteries and electrical materials, and install hybrid solar, wiring and security lighting for Matasia homes and plots.
In Matasia we help with two kinds of job: backup power for homes that already have KPLC, and materials, wiring and lighting for houses being built. We handle both from our counter in Kiserian: tell us which job you have and we will price it in KSh.
Buy your electrical materials in one place: Tronic MCBs from KSh 250, sockets from KSh 200, switches from KSh 100, Metro 20mm conduit at KSh 90 a piece and Windsor consumer units (price on request). Send the list on WhatsApp and we confirm the total, then deliver or you collect. Our team can also wire the house, quoted after a site visit.
Kenya Power’s planned-maintenance notices have listed Lower Matasia (for example on 18 March 2026). A YACHU hybrid kit keeps the essentials on: the 2.5kWh kits cost KSh 90,000 and KSh 135,000, and the 5kWh kit KSh 300,000, excluding installation unless stated. We size it free from your appliance list.
Solar floodlights from KSh 4,000 light a gate or compound without trenching cable from the house. They charge by day and switch on at dusk.
Matasia is one of our four delivery areas; fees and lead times are confirmed when you order.
