Technics Electricals & Solar delivers to Kiserian, Ngong, Matasia and Ongata Rongai, and further on request. Fees and lead times are confirmed when you order. If something is wrong with your order, talk to us first; manufacturer warranty claims go through us.

We deliver solar and electrical hardware to Kiserian, Ngong, Matasia and Ongata Rongai. Delivery to other parts of Kajiado County, and further, is on request. You can also collect from our counter at Mathathi Building, Ground Floor, Kiserian Town.
Delivery fees and lead times depend on your location and the size of the order (a box of sockets is not a 10kWh battery), so we confirm both when you order, before you pay.
We confirm stock, prices, the delivery fee and payment details on the phone or WhatsApp. Pay only to the details our team confirms, and keep your receipt.
If you bought the wrong item or changed your mind, talk to us as soon as possible, and before you install, wire or cut anything. We look at each case individually. Items should be unused, complete and in their original packaging, with the receipt. Items that have been installed, wired, cut to length or damaged after handover may not be returnable.
Warranties on our products are the manufacturer’s, and claims go through us: bring or send the item, your receipt and a short description of the fault, and we take it up with the supplier. As listed by the makers, YACHU lithium batteries carry a 6-year warranty and YACHU hybrid inverters a 1-year warranty; ask us for the terms of your product.
If a system we installed isn’t working as it should, call or WhatsApp us and we will check it.
