Areas we serve · Kajiado County
Technics Electricals & Solar installs solar across Kajiado County, from Kiserian and the Magadi Road area to Kajiado town, including ranches, farms and off-grid plots. We size off-grid and hybrid systems free, light compounds with solar floodlights, and deliver beyond our four delivery towns on request.
Much of Kajiado County is wide, sunny and a long way from the nearest KPLC line, which makes it good solar country. Ranch houses, farm stores, plots under construction and compounds that need security lighting can all run on solar.
Where there is no grid, the battery and panels do all the work, so sizing matters. Tell us what must run each day (lights, a fridge, phone charging, a TV, security lights) and we size the battery, inverter and panels. Our YACHU kits run from 2.5kWh (KSh 90,000) to 10kWh (KSh 400,000), or we put together a custom system. Installation and transport are quoted after a site visit.
Solar floodlights and street lights from MODI, Vellmax and Carl & Gilbert (KSh 4,000 to 8,500) light gates, yards, bomas and parking with no cable and no tokens. Mount the panel in full sun and they switch on at dusk.
For tanks and pumps we stock Windsor float switches and a single-phase DOL starter. Solar water pumping needs its own sizing; ask us what we can supply.
Our regular delivery areas are Kiserian, Ngong, Matasia and Ongata Rongai. For Kajiado town and the rest of the county, delivery is on request: send your list and location, and we will confirm the fee and timing before you pay.

Ask on WhatsAppYes. Besides homes and shops, Technics Electricals & Solar sizes and installs solar for schools, churches, institutions, ranches, farms and off-grid plots across Kajiado County. Larger sites often need more storage, more panels or several systems, so we start with a site visit and a list of what must run, then quote.
For compounds and gates far from a power line, solar floodlights (from KSh 4,000) are a quick win.
